You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
In order to be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be the confirmation email or order number. Please contact us if you need help finding this information.
Brand new sticks come with a 14 day warranty starting on the day of delivery.
Used sticks come with a 7 day warranty starting on the day of delivery.
Any item that is listed as damaged or states that it is being sold with “no warranty” does not qualify for the above replacement guarantee. Please note this before making a purchase.
In order to qualify for a replacement or refund please refer to below to the “REFUNDS” and “SHIPPING” sections below.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you within 24-48 hours on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, or the customer will have the option for store credit in the form of an online gift card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the wrong item was sent or there was a mistake on our end.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
